Chirayata is a popular medicinal herb native to high altitude regions of the sub-temperate Himalayas. It has a bitter taste and each part of the plant has health benefits. chirayata is used for fever, constipation, upset stomach, loss of appetite, intestinal worms, skin diseases, and cancer.
chirayata can be consumed on a daily basis until the symptoms disappear. Chirayata powder along with the Lukewarm water can be consumed to manage certain infections.
1-3 gram of chirayata churna is infused in lukewarm water taken preferably empty stomach twice a day.
