Manjistha also called as Indian Madder is considered to be one of the best blood-purifying herbs. It has brilliant blood detoxifying properties that not only abolishes the toxins from the blood but also readily increases the excretion of the toxic or unwanted substances from the blood through the kidneys.
Manjistha is very commonly used in ayurvedic tea and it can be used both internally and externally on skin for promoting glowing skin. It has many other therapeutic properties such as anti bacterial, anti inflammatory, antispasmodic, and immunity enhancer.
Take ¼ - ½ teaspoon of Manjistha Churna with honey or lukewarm water twice a day after taking meals.
