Shatavari is an Adaptogenic herb that is said to help your body cope with physical and emotional stress. It is considered a general health tonic to improve vitality, making it a staple in ayurvedic medicine. The root part of the Asparagus racemosus plant is used to make shatavari churna.
It is also known as the female-friendly herb. It is helpful in menstrual disorders and acts as a uterine tonic. It enhances breast development and increases breast milk production by regulating hormonal balance.
Take - ¼ - ½ teaspoon of Shatavari Churna twice a day preferably after meals with lukewarm water or milk.
